Riyadh – Mubasher: Gulf General Cooperative Insurance Co. announced on Thursday the resignation of its CEO Geoffrey Blofeld.
Blofelds resignation was due to for personal reasons and will be effective as of 1 February, according to a bourse filing.
The company's board appointed Ehab Yousef Lanjawi as the new CEO.
Lanjawi has 21 years of experience, including 15 years in leading jobs in Saudi banks and also worked as CEO of one of insurance companies in the Kingdom.
