Dubai – Mubasher: Gulf Navigation Holding on Wednesday announced the establishment of a new company, in partnership with Ali & Sons Marine Engineering Factory.
The new company will specialise in oil drills reparation and renovation, the company said in a joint press conference.
This partnership is in line with the strategies of the two groups to develop their energy and exporting businesses, the company added.
Gulf Navigation Holding is the only navigation company listed on Dubai Financial Market (DFM).
