Dubai – Mubasher: Gulf Navigation announced on Tuesday a partnership agreement with Swiss Sea Quest to establish a new company.
The new company will be named Gulf and Sea Quest for ship management and investment services for marine projects management, according to a press release.
The alliance will be affiliated and owned by Gulf Navigation and will take Dubai as its headquarters starting from January 2017, the statement said.
Under the agreement, Gulf Navigation will expand its business in the Middle East, Africa and other neighboring countries.
