Dubai-Mubasher: Gulf Navigation Holding’s board approved on Sunday to appoint Abdulla Al Hemeiri as the new chairman and Anas Atatreh as the vice chairman, according to a bourse filing.
The board gave the go-ahead to the formation of other subcommittees.
The board also confirmed its independency and signed the disclosure form.
