Gulf Navigation approves authorized capital raise

Dubai-Mubasher: Gulf Navigation Holding’s shareholders approved the company's authorised capital to be at AED 1 billion, according to a bourse statement.

The company’s authorised capital stood at AED 551.66 million in 2015.
