Dubai-Mubasher: Dubai-listed Gulf Navigation Holding said that its board decided to confirm the appointment of Captain Parag Jain as a CEO to be effective as of 19 December, according to a bourse filing on Sunday.
During its meeting on 19 December, the board also discussed the company’s business and took the appropriate decision.
