Dubai – Mubasher: Gulf Navigation Holding has completed the establishment of a subsidiary named Gulf Navigation Mishref Ltd, specialisinig in owning ships in the Cayman Islands, Al Khaleej newspaper reported late Saturday.
The company was established on 13 June 2017 and is wholly-owned subsidiary of Gulf Navigation Holding, the newspaper added.
The Dubai-listed company last reported AED 10.19 million ($2.8 million) in profits in the second quarter of 2017, up 27.1% from AED 8.02 million ($2.2 million) in the corresponding period of 2016.
