Dubai – Mubasher: Gulf Navigation Holding has appointed Saeed Mubarak Al Hajeri as the chairman of its board, during the board meeting on Sunday, 21 April.
The company, listed on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM), has named Ahmed Essa Al Falahi as the vice chairman of its board, according to a bourse disclosure on Monday.
Furthermore, Gulf Navigation has appointed Ajit Joshi, Ahmad Kilani, and Usama Al Barwani as members of the audit committee.
