Dubai-Mubasher: Gulf Navigation Holding plans to build a global network to manage with third-party owned vessel management under the Gulf Stolt Ship Management (GSSM) umbrella, according to a statement.
Gulf Navigation will execute new projects and activities to lift turnover and stimulate profit growth over the next five years
The planned projects cover a range of areas, including offshore support services, increasing shipping services and marine product sales and distribution.
Gulf Navigation acquired 100% stake of GSSM which was previously a 50/50 joint venture with Stolt Neilson.
The shipping firm’s board appointed Khamis Juma Buamim as the group’s new managing director and CEO.
