Dubai – Mubasher: Gulf Navigation Holding reported that its net profits for the second quarter of 2016 grew 57% year-on-year to AED 8.02 million ($2.2 million) from AED 5.11 million ($1.4 million), according to a bourse filing.
Over the first six months, the company earned AED 14.36 million, 43% higher year-over-year from AED 10.04 million.
Operating revenues also moved up 2% in the first half to AED 67.12 million, compared with AED 65.86 million revenues in the year-ago period.
In the first quarter, net profits rose by 28.6% to AED 6.34 million.
