"in case of the completion of this transaction, Gulf Navigation Holding will witness an unprecedented Expansion in its Maritime Fleet, Vessels’ Management Services and other Maritime Services," said Khamis Juma Buamim – Board Member, Managing Director and Group CEO, according to company's press release.
This is a Strategic Step toward the company’s goal to which we aspire to be the reliably arm in all circumstances in the United Arab Emirates and other countries in the region,he added.
