Dubai-Mubasher: Gulf Navigation Holding said that its shareholders will meet on 7 March to discuss amendments to the articles of association and reducing the board members from 11 to 7, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.
During the general meeting, the shareholders will discuss electing new board members, as well as reviewing the FY15 financials.
