Dubai - Mubasher: The shareholders of Gulf Navigation Holding will hold a meeting on 15 June to discuss raising the authorised capital to AED 1 billion, according to a bourse statement.
Shareholders will also consider, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM), amendments to the articles of association, in addition to the appointment of a new board member.
