Dubai-Mubasher: Gulf Navigation Holding’s shareholders gave a nod to reduce the number of board members to 7 from 11, according to a bourse statement.
The shareholders also elected seven new board members during their meeting held on 7 March.
They ratified the profit and loss statement, and balance sheet for FY15.
