Riyadh – Mubasher: Gulf One Capital Company has requested the Capital Market Authority (CMA) to amend its business profile.
The company plans to cancel the activities of managing investment funds, managing client portfolios and custody, according to a statement by the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Monday.
The CMA approved the amendments proposed by Gulf One Capital.
Accordingly, the company is authorised to conduct arranging and advising activities.
