Riyadh – Mubasher: Gulf Union Cooperative Insurance on Thursday said that it has not submitted requests for capital hike and reduction to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) on the date previously set, ended on 31 August.
The company noted that it submitted a request to Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA) to extend the period of files submission and will announce the new date once it obtain the approval, according to a bourse filing.
