Riyadh – Mubasher: Gulf Union Cooperative Insurance Co. said on Thursday it along with its financial advisor AlJazira Capital are preparing a request to be submitted in January to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) to approve the company’s capital increase.
The company announced earlier in May a plan to raise capital through a rights issue
