Cairo – Mubasher: Egyptian Iron and Steel (HADISOLB) appointed England – based MCI Co. to prepare its restructuring’s feasibility study in respect, said a bourse filling.
HADISOLB also stated that it will offer an international tender to implement the restructuring plan up on it finishes the tender specifications.
On other hand, the company said it achieved sales worth EGP 406.7 million at the five - month period starting from July until October 2016.
The company’s board also decided to extend the duration of its earlier decision in respect to selling number of the company’s products at the local market prices due to the deteriorating domestic market conditions.
