Mubasher: Heavy Engineering Industries and Shipbuilding (HEISCO) announced that its CEO Samir Sami has purchased a stake of 2.5 million shares in the company’s capital.
The managing director has bought the stake for 320 fils per share at a total value of nearly KWD 799,000, according to a bourse statement on Monday.
It is noteworthy that HEISCO has a capital of KWD 18.02 million distributed on 180.2 million shares.
