Kuwait-Mubasher: Heavy Engineering Industries and Shipbuilding (HEISCO) said it has been given a direct award by Saudi Arabia’s Chevron to undertake a restoration project, according to a bourse statement.
HEISCO noted that the renovation works have a cost worth KWD 5.7 million ($18.7 million), and will last for seven months.
The Kuwaiti company clarified that the financial impact from signing the contract will be operating profits which will reflect in the financial statements for FY2016/17.
