Mubasher: HSBC Oman’s shareholders will discuss the payment of 3.9% dividends or 3.9 fils per share for 2015, according to a bourse filing.
Shareholders will also consider on 30 March the board’s report for the fiscal year 2015.
The bank’s stock rose 1.04% to OMR 0.097 after trading 34,800 shares through 4 transactions, with turnover of OMR 3,400.
