Mubasher: HSBC Oman said Monday that it has invited its shareholders to an ordinary general meeting (OGM) to be held on 30 March to discuss a proposal by the board to distribute cash dividends of 5 baisas per share (5% of the capital) for fiscal year 2016.
The OGM will also look into the board and auditor’s report on the year which ended on 31 December 2016, according to a bourse filing.
The bank earlier paid cash dividends of 3.9 baisas per share (3.9% of the capital) for FY15.
