Riyadh-Mubasher: Hail Cement Co. said the board of directors appointed Saud bin Abdul Mohsen Al-Saud as chairman for a new term, according to a bourse statement posted Tuesday on Tadawul.
In addition, the board appointed Ahmed Al Rajhi as vice chairman.
