Riyadh – Mubasher: Hail Cement Company (HCC) turned profitable in the second quarter (Q2) of 2020, earning net profits worth SAR 21.748 million, versus net losses of SAR 1.920 million in the same period in 2019.
Revenues increased by 23.96% during the period ended on 30 June to stand at SAR 66.235 million, compared with SAR 53.431 million in Q2-19, according to a bourse statement on Sunday.
The cement firm attributed the rise in profits to a boost in revenues and a decline in expenses.
