Riyadh – Mubasher: Halwani Bros Co said its board of directors approved dividends distribution of SAR 2.5 per share at total amount of SAR 71.4 million, representing 25% of the par value for the year 2016.
Shareholders of record date until the general assembly's date would be entitled to the dividends distribution, according to a bourse filing on Sunday.
The company's earnings amounted to SAR 22.5 million in the third quarter of 2016 as compared to SAR 27.4 million in Q3-15, with 11.26% decrease.
