Riyadh-Mubasher: Halwani Bros said the ordinary general meeting held on 5 November elected Abdulrahman Al-Rwaiti as Chairman and Saleh Hefni as Managing Director and Chief Executive.
Al-Rwaiti will occupy this position for three years starting from 7 November 2015, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
