Cairo - Mubasher: Hassan Allam Properties on Wednesday signed a partnership agreement with El Mostakbal for Urban Development to establish and develop a fully-fledged residential project spanning over 250 acres in Mostakbal city.
The project’s investments total EGP 18 billion, Essam Nasef, chairman and managing director of El Mostakbal, said.
Nasef also mentioned that the project would include various residential units across different spaces, commercial, service, and administrative complexes alongside several other buildings.
Mohammed Allam, CEO of Hassan Allam, pointed out that the project would create 400,000 direct and indirect job opportunities and boost the Egyptian economy.
This project raises the company’s portfolio to nine projects, spanning over 9 million square metres, Allam added.
