Mubasher: Galfar Engineering and Contracting Company said an arbitration award was issued and obligated Oman Wastewater Services Company (Haya Water) to pay to Galfar a total amount of OMR 3.64 million ($9.43 million), according to a bourse statement.
The arbitration award is final in one of the four arbitration proceedings between Galfar and Haya Water in respect of the disputed claims between the parties in Al Seeb sewage project contract-3.
Galfar’s stock gained 0.96% to OMR 0.11% in Monday’s early trades.
