Cairo - Mubasher: Heliopolis Company for Housing and Development said it renewed the contract with Espere International Inc. regarding the rent of La Ronde Tivoli "Tivoli".
The new contract duration is 5 years in return for EGP 40.7 million. The monthly rental value will be EGP 750,000 in the first year and will increase by 7% annually across the next four years.
Earlier, Heliopolis Housing said it targets a net profit of EGP 300.14 million in its budget for 2016-2017, up from EGP 204.76 million in 2014-2015.
