Cairo - Mubasher: Heliopolis Company for Housing said it has appointed Hani Al Dib as Chairman and Managing Director.
Al Dib would succeed Ali Hassan, said a bourse statement.
In the same vein, Khalid Khairy would serve as Director for Technical and Executive Affairs as well as Deputy Chairman.
Heliopolis Housing reported net profits of EGP 51.3 million in the first quarter of the fiscal year 2015/16, down from EGP 91.2 million a year earlier.
