Cairo – Mubasher: Heliopolis Company for Housing and Development said Sunday that its board of directors has approved to buy two land plots worth EGP 149.8 million.
The first land plot, worth EGP 87.17 million, will be bought from the General Company for Electrical Projects (ELEJECT). The amount will be paid in six instalments over 18 months, according to a bourse filing.
The second plot is valued at EGP 62.69 million, also to be paid in two instalments.
