Cairo – Mubasher: Heliopolis Company for Housing and Development’s board of directors agreed to award the establishment of a mini compound in New Heliopolis City to Atlas General Contracting and real estate investment Company.
Under the contract, valued at EGP 22.2 million, Atlas is assigned to establish 24 villas in the fifth district of Heliopolis City, according to a bourse filing.
Heliopolis Housing said that Atlas won the tender, out of five bids.
By 10:50am Cairo time, the stock rose 2.2% to EGP 52.
