Cairo-Mubasher: Heliopolis Company for Housing and Development said its board will discuss dividend payout on Wednesday.
The dividend proposal will be subject to the approval of the upcoming general meeting.
Shareholders earlier approved to reduce the proposed dividends to EGP 1.25 a share from EGP 1.48, to be paid in two installments.
