Cairo – Mubasher: Heliopolis Company for Housing and Development posted an increase of 189% in net profits for the first half of the fiscal year 2015/16.
The company saw net profits of EGP 258.2 million for the first half of FY15/16, compared with EGP 89.3 million a year earlier.
The company’s earnings per share stood at EGP 2.3 for H1-FY15/16, compared with EGP 0.80/shr for the same period of the previous year.
Earlier, the real estate developer reported an increase of 11.4% in net profits for the fiscal year 2014/15, as it reached EGP 205 million compared with EGP 184 million in the previous year.
