Cairo – Mubasher: Heliopolis Company for Housing and Development achieved EGP 10 million sales in September 2016.
The company's sales are distributed over Sheraton Housing, Al Obour City and New Heliopolis City projects, according to a bourse filing on Sunday.
Total value of paid deposits of the sold units reached EGP 3.4 million.
The housing company noted that a number of projects in different places are to be enforced among the framework of the investment plan of FY 2016-2017.
Heliopolis Company targets posting net profit of EGP 300.14 million in the budget of 2016-2017, compared to EGP 204.76 million during the year of 2014-2015.
