Cairo – Mubasher: Heliopolis Company for Housing and Development sold a number of residential at EGP 24 million in December 2016, lower 32% month-on-month from EGP 35.5 million, said the company in a bourse filing on Tuesday.
The units located in Sheraton, Obour and New Heliopolis are sold at EGP 8.9 million, EGP 2.4 million, and EGP 12.6 million respectively.
The company seeks to register EGP 300.14 million profits in FY16/17 budget estimates, compared with EGP 204.76 million a year earlier.
The stock quote rose 1.97% to EGP 29 by 10:39am Cairo local time.
