Cairo – Mubasher: Heliopolis Company for Housing and Development (HELI) sold a number of residential at EGP 25.4 million during October 2016, said the company in a bourse filing on Tuesday.
The units are located in Sheraton, Obour and New Heliopolis.
A month earlier, the company announced achieving EGP 10 million sales.
The company seeks to register EGP 300.14 million profits in FY16/17 budget estimates, compared with EGP 204.76 million a year earlier.
The stock quote rose 5% to EGP 61, the highest mark in 52 weeks.
