Cairo – Mubasher: Heliopolis Company for Housing and Development (HELI) sold a number of residential at EGP 35.5 million during November 2016, said the company in a bourse filing on Tuesday.
Accordingly, sales rose 39.7% month-on-month from EGP 25.4 million, the company added.
The units are located in Sheraton, Obour and New Heliopolis.
The company seeks to register EGP 300.14 million profits in FY16/17 budget estimates, compared with EGP 204.76 million a year earlier.
