Cairo – Mubasher: Heliopolis Company for Housing and Development’s total sales of residential units in three cities amounted to EGP 68.4 million in September 2017.
The Cairo-based company sold residential units in Masaken Sheraton at EGP 47.5 million, and in New Heliopolis and Obour City at EGP 20.9 million, the firm added in a filing to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Tuesday.
This came in accordance with the firm’s executive programme to carry out proposed housing and development investment of about EGP 685.17 million, the real estate company noted.
Heliopolis Housing had previously announced that its total sales of residential units in two cities stood at EGP 76.06 million in August 2017.
