Cairo – Mubasher: Heliopolis Company for Housing and Development has sold 15 commercial stores in an auction at EGP 13.59 million, said the company in a bourse filing.
The stores are located in New Heliopolis City, the filing added.
Earlier, the company said sales of its residential units lowered 32% in December 2016 to EGP 24 million.
