Cairo – Mubahser: Heliopolis Company for Housing and Development plans to sell a 34-feddan land plot and another 16-feddan land plot in El Shorouk city, Mahmoud Abdel Baset, advisor to the company’s chairman, told Mubasher.
The company will offer the terms and conditions booklet for the 50-feddan land plots starting from Wednesday, 16 October, he added.
The two land plots are divided into eleven lots on which an integrated urban community will be established.
Earlier in October, Heliopolis Housing announced its intent to sell land plots in El Shorouk city in a sealed-bid public auction on 29 October.
It is worth mentioning that during fiscal year 2018/2019, Heliopolis Housing posted a net profit of EGP 376.3 million, up from EGP 265.3 million in FY17/18.
