Cairo –Mubasher: Heliopolis Company for Housing and Development on Thursday announced it will offer a 52-acre land plot for leasing in a bid.
The offer will be announced for the establishment of a sports club in New Heliopolis city on 21 December in Al Ahram Newspaper, the real estate firm said in a statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).
In October, Heliopolis Housing unveiled it would sell land plots spanning between 30 to 100 acres in New Heliopolis city for setting up residential, commercial, and services projects.
Earlier this month, the Egyptian property developer signed an EGP 1.2 billion loan agreement with Egyptian state bank Banque du Caire.
