Cairo – Mubasher: Heliopolis Company for Housing and Development on Sunday announced that it will inaugurate the first phase of Maryland Garden within a few days.
The Egypt-based firm has developed 22 acres of the 45-acres phase at a cost of EGP 43 million, Heliopolis Housing said in a statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).
On 25 February 2018, the EGX-listed company has held a public auction to rent its show land and playground for children for seven years.
Given that Heliopolis Housing also posted an EGP 36.009 million sales in February 2018.
