Cairo – Mubasher: Heliopolis Company for Housing and Development reported EGP 36.009 million in sales February 2018.
The Egyptian real estate firm has received these sales from its several owned investment areas, Heliopolis for Housing said in a filing to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Sunday.
The first phase of developing the Maryland Garden will be opened within days, the EGX-listed company indicated, noting that around 22 acres of the 45-acre phase have been upgraded at a cost of EGP 43 million.
