Cairo – Mubasher: Heliopolis Company for Housing and Development announced selling 5 stores and a pharmacy at EGP 6.6 million in a public auction yesterday, according a bourse filing issued on Tuesday.
The sold assets are located in New Heliopolis, said the company, adding that the advance payment period lasts until the first of August 2016 and the annual premium will be paid over 12 months, effective the second month of contracting.
Earlier, the company said that it plans to achieve EGP 842 million sales during the coming period.
