Cairo – Mubasher: Heliopolis Company for Housing and Development has obtained regulatory approval to continue evacuating Maryland, said the company in a bourse filing.
On the other hand, the two writs filed by Magic Dreams (Maryland renter) to officially interrupt the evacuation are delayed until 16 and 17 June 2016, the bourse filing indicated
The company set 22 June 2016 for evacuating Maryland.
Earlier, North Cairo’s Court of Appeal dropped a lawsuit filed by Magic Dreams against the real estate developer over the casino and granted Heliopolis house a writ of ejection as per terms and condition set in the lease agreement. On 29 May, Heliopolis Company has started the procedures of evacuation.
