Cairo – Mubasher: Heliopolis Company for Housing and Development estimated EGP 80 million for constructing 20 residential buildings in the fifth settlement, Heliopolis city, said a first-hand source preferred to remain anonymous.
The overall project is scheduled to be delivered in July 2018, the source added.
In the execution of the project, the company may jointly work with holding companies such as El Kahera Housing or The Egyptian public buildings.
Earlier, Heliopolis for Housing awarded SODIC a land plot to establish a residential and commercial project over 655 acres.
In the first nine month of 2015/16, the company earned a net profit of EGP 280.5 million compared with EGP 153.7 million profits a year earlier.
