Riyadh – Mubasher: Herfy Food Services Co.’s shareholders approved the distribution of a cash dividend for the second half of 2015 of SAR 1.5 per share, representing 15% of capital.
The date for the distribution of the dividends totalling SAR 69.3 million will be announced later, according to a bourse filing.
Total dividends distributed in 2015 amount to SAR 138.6 million, bringing the total annual dividends to SAR 3 per share, representing 30% of capital, after the food services firm distributed SAR 1.5 per share for H1-15.
Herfy reported a profit of SAR 202.68 million in FY15, down 1.52% from SAR 205.8 million achieved a year earlier.
According to statistics by Mubasher, total dividends distributed in 2015 represent 68% of net profits achieved compared to 69.6% in 2014.
Herfy’s stock ended Sunday’s session at rise of 2.10% to SAR 69.38.
