Herfy board recommends SAR1.5/shr dividends
Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of Herfy Food Services Co. proposed paying cash dividends at 15% of the stock’s par value or SAR1.5 per share for the second half of 2015, totaling SAR69.3 million.
The foodstuff company distributed dividends at SAR1.5 for the first half of 2015, and SAR1.6 per share for the second half of 2014.
The company’s profits for the second half of 2015 fell by 3.3% year-on-year to SAR101.87 million from SAR105.39 million.
Meanwhile, profits for the first half of 2015 edged up by 0.4% year-over-year to SAR100.8 million from SAR100.4 million.
The company’s stock closed Monday’s trading session up 1.18% at SAR69.25.
