Cairo – Mubasher: Hilton Worldwide will manage and operate two hotels in New Alamein City, a source at the Egyptian housing ministry said.
The New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) will directly finance these hotels with $110 million in investments, whose construction is projected to commence prior to the end of 2018, the source remarked.
The NUCA will manage the construction of both hotels, while the international hospitality group will prepare the designs in collaboration with the authority before signing the final contracts, the source continued.
On Tuesday, the NUCA has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Hilton Worldwide to manage and operate two hotels in New Alamein City.
